2. The day of photographs make sure counters are clear and clean, and rooms are cleared.

List on the MLS and Market

1. Your agent will list your property on the MLS.

2. Marketing of your property will start, your agent will make a custom webpage for you listing.

3. Brochures will be made for showings and digital marketing.

4. The property will be marketed to all local brokerages and targeted neighborhoods.

5. Discuss marketing strategies with open houses, private showings and broker’s opens.

Discuss received offers

1. Your agent will guide you on the strength of each offer.

2. Discuss terms, finances of the offer and contingencies.

3. Accept your offer.

Inspection and contingencies

1. An inspection will be scheduled by the buyers agent.

2. An appraisal if needed will be schedules by the lender or buyer.

3. If there is a contingency on the buyers home your agent will make sure it is listed on the MLS.

4. If any repairs are requested, discuss options with your agent.

Order Title work and get CTC

1. A title company or real estate lawyer of your choosing will order title work for your property.

2. Your lender and title will work together to provide your a clear to close.

3. Receive closing documents.

4. Inform the title company of the account you want funds wired too.

Close and Celebrate

1. Make sure utilities are transferred.

2. There will be a walk through 24 hours before closing.

3. Sign documents.

4. Close.

5. Key exchange.
